5Best ever  Apr 11, 2010
We went to St. Lucia on our honeymoon and stayed at Sandals resort. The burger shack had a huge vat of this, and when I asked what it was they said it was the locally made hot sauce and warned me that it was super hot. I tried it and instantly fell in love. It is a mustard based hot sauce made with scotch bonnet peppers. I have trouble finding very hot sauce that actually tastes good, and this really delivers. I took home several bottles from St. Lucia and just recently ordered a couple off of Amazon. As long as you like it hot and tasty, you will not be disappointed! My favorite hot sauce and condiment bar none.

5The Best There Is - Bar None  Nov 24, 2009
This isn't just hot or "vinegary." It's hot and tasty. We use it on and in a wide variety of foods ranging from hamburgers to tuna salad. Quite simply, it's the best there is, bar none.

5Best Hot Sauce in the World  Mar 02, 2009
I first tried Baron's West Indian Hot Sauce on my honeymoon in St. Lucia. It added so much to my dining pleasure that I brought back a few bottles in my suitcase. The scotch bonnet is a type of habenero. What is unique about it is that it has a very fruity flavor along with the heat, and the mustard adds complexity. The combination of fruit, heat, and spice is truly extraordinary. I like it on fish, chicken, burgers, steaks, turkey sandwiches, egg sandwiches, french fries, and fruit, yes! Fruit! If you want to completely blow your mind, try it on a wedge of drippy ripe mango. It it is dynomite with omlettes and any egg dish at breakfast, no better way to start the day. Just be careful who and where you kiss after eating this hot sauce. I have also tried Glady's of St. Thomas, which is also excellent, I am a big fan. Compared to Glady's I found that Baron's is more fruity, more consistant, and keeps better over long periods.

5Baron's hot sauce. A must for hot sauce lovers!  Nov 17, 2008
I am a native-born saint Lucian. Baron's is the hot sauce served on our Island. Saint Lucians as well as vacationers love it. I gave some as gifts last year and everyone wants more! Even my friends who usually do not like hot sauce fell in love with this fantastic sauce. If you love hot sauce you are in for a treat. Baron's Saint Luican hot sauce is full of flavor and quite spicy and a little goes a long way. Great to cook with or sprinkle on your favorite dish. Try it. You will not be sorry.

5Hot Sauce lovers alert  Sep 21, 2008
Barons West Indian Hot Sauce has the perfect balance of flavor and heat rarely found in commercial sauces. The blending of Scotch Bonnet peppers and mustard offers an unique flavor addition to most meat and fish dishes. Barons hot sauce is a welcome addition to my hot sauce pantry.
