I have used this book on three, 2 month trips and have found it very helpful. I have also used it extensively to plan and dream about future trips. If you are going the Nepal to trek, this is an invaluable guide. I was in Nepal for three weeks and I used this book everyday. Stan Armington knows Nepal better than anyone.
